Bilingual Pen (BP) is a dual-themed writing and language portal. Written in English and Ilokano, it is a venue for writers, students, bloggers, and anyone interested in writing and in language, particularly Ilokano and English, to interact, learn, share ideas, and have fun. It features literary and feature articles written by bilingual/ multilingual writers. It also features news about literary contests and events, as well as articles on arts, cultura and travel. Everyone is invited to post their articles in the website.

To become a virtual place for learning and meaningful interaction, and a venue for established and budding bilingual writers to interact, share their knowledge, and showcase their literary works/attempts.

Mission 

Help budding writers establish their writing career and encourage interested individuals to try their hand at writing, by publishing helpful writing tips, and giving them a venue to showcase their outputs.
