Bilingual Pen (BP) is a dual-themed writing and language portal. Written in English and Ilokano, it is a venue for writers, students, bloggers, and anyone interested in writing and in language, particularly Ilokano and English, to interact, learn, share ideas, and have fun. It features articles on writing — both literary and journalistic — and bilingualism, giving tips on freelancing, web writing, magazine writing, and literary writing and appreciation.

To become a virtual place for learning and meaningful interaction, and a venue for established and budding bilingual writers to interact, share their knowledge, and showcase their literary works/attempts.

Help budding writers establish their writing career and encourage interested individuals to try their hand at writing, by publishing helpful writing tips, and giving them a venue to showcase their outputs.
