Winners of the first ever Culture Page competition launched by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) received their awards last Sunday at the NCCA TV program Sining Gising aired over NBN 4.

First: The Scrivenor (University of Baguio)

Launched last January as part of the 2009 National Arts Month celebration, the Culture Page competition aimed to involve students in the appreciation and dissemination of arts and culture through their school papers.
