First: The Quill (Southwestern University)
From Luzon
First: The Scrivenor (University of Baguio)
Consolation: Frontline (University of Northern Philippines)
Lorma Highlights (Lorma Colleges)
From NCR
First: The La Sallian (De La Salle University)
Second: (The Lyceum Independent Sentinel (Lyceum of the Philippines)
Third: The Advocate (Far Eastern University) and The Varsitarian (University of Sto. Tomas)
Consolation: Philippine Collegian (University of the Philippines); Olivarian Echo (Olivares College, Parańaque); Ang Pahayagang Plaridel (De La Salle University)
Launched last January as part of the 2009 National Arts Month celebration, the Culture Page competition aimed to involve students in the appreciation and dissemination of arts and culture through their school papers.
