Writer Ariel S. Tabag has posted an article on the “voices” of two of the regional winners in the Palanca Short Story contest: Tabag himself who writes in Ilokano and edits the Bannawag magazine, and Edgar Godin, who writes in Bisaya and edits the Bisaya magazine.
